 Thai Red Curry Paste | How to make Thai Red Curry Paste

Ingredients:
Dried Red chilies- 4-5, de-seeded and soaked in warm water
Coconut milk: 2 tbsp
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Ginger: 1.5 inch
Scallion: 1, chopped
Cilantro: ½ cup
Lemon grass: 1 Chopped
Green bell pepper: ½ chopped
Basil leaves: 2-3
Lemon zest
Lemon Juice: 1tsp
Coriander powder: 1tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper corns: 8-10
Brown sugar: 1 tsp
Dried shrimp paste: ½ tsp (Optional- skip to make it vegeterian)
Salt



How to make Thai Red Curry Paste:
1. Add all ingredients in the blender and grind into a smooth paste.
2. Refrigerate in an air-tight container till further use.
