At Carnival of Flavors, we thrive to develop interesting, elegant and flavorful recipes. We have a variety of Food-related content for all our viewers. All our recipes are tried, well-tested and tasted by us and our developed in our real home-based kitchen. All recipes include ingredients that are readily available and can be found in your local grocery stores. Our aim is to inspire all the viewers to try out our recipes and fall in love with the art of cooking. We hope that our content truly inspire you!


Racheal D'Souza
Founder, Food Stylist and Cook
A Molecular Biologist by profession, Racheal works in Boston, USA. Racheal created Carnival of Flavors as a medium to share her love for cooking and food creations with a larger audience. Growing up, Racheal used to watch her Father- a cook by profession- create magic in the kitchen and claims that is where her inspiration came from! 
With a strong passion for cooking, Racheal's expertise lies in conceptualizing, developing and executing ingenious recipes. When it comes to food- she is the most organized person and has a keen eye for details.
Beyond cooking, Racheal loves to travel and try new food. She also enjoys indoor gardening and occasional sketching.

Atul Kotian 
Public Relations and Social Media Co-ordinator

Trained in Marine Biotechnology and a Microbiologist by profession, Atul handles all the PR at CoF. Being a vegetarian for over 20 years, Atul contributes to the vegan and vegetarian content. Atul loves reaching out to people on the available meat-free alternatives. 
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Atul has a strong exposure to food influenced by coastal flavors and has picked up heirloom recipes from his grandmother.
In his free time, Atul enjoys origami and traditional geometric designing.




Dhanyashree Gowda
Brand Strategy, Editor and Blog Development

Dhanyashree handles the commercialization strategy and multimedia editing from Mumbai, India. She is a strong advocate of 'clever cooking'. A teacher by the day and an Indian Classical Dancer, Dhanyashree enjoys engaging with people and is an aesthete by nature. Dhanyashree has her roots attached to Southern part of India. 
Having an anaphylactic reaction to eggs and everything related to it, Dhanyashree has ramped up research and found egg-alternatives that do not compromise to her taste at all.
Dhanyashree also loves to travel and enjoys shopping.

   


Sachitesh Devrukhar
Food Enthusiast, Content Developer and Editor

Chasing his dream to be a Biotechnologist, Sachitesh believes "Live to eat and Love to eat" is his motto. 
An avid lover of food and flavors, Sachitesh likes to experiment with his taste palate. Different kinds of food textures and flavors are something that fascinates him. What interests Sachitesh the most is minimalist cooking- using least amount of ingredients and yet not compromising the taste of the original recipe.
Other than food, Sachitesh enjoys watching cricket and playing video games. 







Janhavi Sawant
Creative Illustrator and Food Advisor

Janhavi is currently pursuing her research in Cellular & Molecular Biology but, interestingly, also exploring Nutritional Genomics opportunities. With an immense love for confectioneries and baking, inherited from her Mother, Janhavi has always been fond of food. Hailing from Konkan, the coastal region of western parts of Maharashtra, India,  Janhavi believes Mango to be her 'soul food'. Her family believes in promoting the local produce from their farm and the local delicacies to the people around.

Inspired by her Father, Janhavi is passionate about creative arts and enjoys dancing as her best leisure activity.
